In Loving Memory of Therese Lucia

Our Why
Therese’s Kitchen began in 2025, after our daughter Thérèse was born silently at 22 weeks.
In the quiet that followed, friends and neighbors showed up with meals. Lasagnas left on the porch. Pasta shared around our table. Simple food, offered without expectation. At the time, we did not realize how much those meals would carry us. They softened days that felt impossibly sharp.
That experience stayed with us.
Therese’s Kitchen exists to pass that same comfort forward, one tray and one bundle at a time.
We make small-batch pasta and lasagna by hand, using only a few honest ingredients: imported Italian Mulino Marino Tipo 00 flour, pasture-raised organic eggs, organic Italian olive oil, and sea salt. Nothing else. Every batch is mixed, rolled, and shaped at our kitchen table.
These meals are shared with families walking through miscarriage, stillbirth, illness, or other moments when cooking feels like too much. Anyone can also choose to purchase pasta or lasagna, and every paid order directly funds another meal given freely to a family in need.
Food is one way our family speaks love.
We hope that when you share one of our meals, you feel a small reminder that you are not alone, and that warmth can still find its way into hard places. Thérèse lives on in every plate we make and every family it reaches.
