The Full Story

About

Therese’s Kitchen is a small-batch, community-support food project in Bozeman, MT. We make homemade pasta and lasagna, by hand, with premium organic Italian flour and ingredients. Orders help us support local families experiencing grief and hard times.

Our Ingredients

All of our ingredients are premium and organic, sourced locally as much as possible, with the flour being imported from Italy to ensure only the finest and purest forms. Our dairy is real and local, and our meet is sourced locally as well. All organic, all top quality. We invite you to taste the difference!

How We Make the Food

All by hand, all made to order, made with care and love.

Bozeman's climate is a tricky place to get soliud consistency, but we follow the same process each time. Our dough is mixed by hand, rested, rolled, and cut one batch at a time. We focus on the simple ingredients and the tried and true process to keep the quality high for our community.

How the Charity Model Works

We are here to support our community and our neighbors, and we do that with your help.

In the shop, the prices are low because they cover only the costs of the ingredients. No labor. No rent. Just the food. We are happy to provide our meals at cost, but welcome donations with each one. Each donation goes directly to supporting local families. As a non-profit, everything we make is routed directly to supporting the community.

You are welcome to sponsor a family without a donation, order food at cost, or provide a donation without an order.

What to Expect When Ordering

All orders are to be placed through the website. We can offer a pick up time, or delivery if more convenient for the customers and recipients. However, since we have a family of our own, we can only deliver locally to Belgrade, Bozeman, and Manhattan areas.

Since each batch is hand made, availability may not be immediate and take several days, so please order ahead of time and let us know when you need it by. Each order will come with safe handling, storage, and cooking instructions, depending on the order.
