Who We Are
We are a tiny nonprofit kitchen in Bozeman, obsessed with how food is made and who it is for. We import specialty Italian flours you rarely see, give the dough time to rest, and shape each batch by hand so that the texture and flavor feel like something you could only find in Italy.
All of that care is pointed at one thing. Every lasagna, every coil of pasta, every dish, helps support local families who are walking through deep grief. Our hope is that these meals arrive not just as dinner, but as a small sign that they are seen, remembered, and not walking alone.
